- Grinding Process:
- The bulk material is directly crushed by the grinding roller, and the fine material is extruded to form a material bed for intergranular comminution. The crushed material is taken away by the strong air flow at the wind ring, and the larger granular material is taken to the grinding disc and continued to smash. The qualified fine powder is collected by the pulverizing device. The material is dried during the hot air contact introduced into the vertical mill from the system, and the qualified products containing the water content are obtained.
