Granite, from igneous rock, is a very hard, crystalline, and primarily composed of feldspar, quartz accompanied by one or more dark minerals. It is visibly homogeneous in texture.
1. Large granite materials are fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing.
2. After first crushing, the material will be transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing; the crushed granite materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating.
3. After separating, the parts can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the rest will be returned to cone crusher for recrushing, thus forming a closed circuit.
