In recent years, with the continuous increase of environmental protection, we have higher requirements for granularity of limestone powder. Therefore, finding a low cost, high fineness of limestone powder preparation equipment has become customer's primary goal. Raw Materials Crushing
The limestone bulk material is broken by the crusher to the feeding fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
After crushing, the small pieces of limestone will be sent to the hopper by the hoist, and then evenly and quantitatively delivered to the mill chamber by the feeder.
After grinding, the material will be graded by the grading system. The unqualified powder will be sent back to the main engine for regrinding.
The qualified powder will be separated and collected through the pipe into the dust collector, the collected powder will be sent to the finished product bin through the conveying device through the discharge port, and then packed in a powder packed tank car or an automatic packer.
