- FEATURES
1. The VUS System Equipment is a kind of dry aggregate optimization system, and the water content of feed should not be more than 1%.
2. The whole system adopts the tower type intensive arrangement, the integrity is strong, covers an area of small. The system is equivalent to a large single machine, users only need to send raw materials into the finished product can be shipped out.
3. The system adopts two process of powder removal on the screen and powder removal under the screen, which perfectly combines the powder removal device with the screening device, greatly saving the overall operation energy consumption of the system.
4. The equipment in the system is easy to repair. The tower top is equipped with a cantilever crane to meet the lifting requirements of conventional parts replacement. Sufficient inspection channels and maintenance space should be reserved around each device to facilitate daily inspection, operation and maintenance.
