The way of crushing pebbles to sand

There are three ways to crush pebbles to sand. The first is "jaw crusher+cone crusher+sand making machine" the tertiary crushing selection process, second is " jaw crusher+impact crusher+sand making machine ",the third is "jaw crusher+sand making machine" secondary-stage short crushing and selection process, if you want crush pebbles,you can not configurate sand making machine. The "jaw crusher+sand making machine" process make the whole process of crushing sand production line process simplified, change two to three stage crushing and eliminating the need for a host device at the same time and also reduces the cost of bringing civil by the equipment installation, electrical consumption costs, consumable consumption costs. In addition, compared to the previous VSI crusher, 5X sand making machine's sand rate is of 60%, the rotor is almost no wear,  imported manifold and other wearing parts has long service life so that the entire operating costs of production line reduced.
