- EQUIPMENT : GZD 960*3800 vibrating feeder, PE600*900 impact crusher, PF1214 impact crusher , and 3YZS1860 vibrating screen.
- Crushing Process:
- First, the raw material is vibrated evenly to the PE feeder for the first crushing. At this stage, the material will be crushed to about 120mm. The broken material will be transported to the PEW impact crusher for second stage, and then the vibrating screen will screen and grade it. The material that larger than the finished product will be sent back and broken again. The finished product is conveyed to the finished zone by belt conveyor.
