YGM series high pressure suspension mill is an own R&D patented product developed by our general engineer Mr. Bai Yinghui on basis of many years’ mill research and developing experience, integrate with many years’ using reality of customers’, and according to development of the mill industry, which has created a new era of high efficiency and low energy consumption in international mill industry.

YGM series high pressure suspension mill is mainly suitable for process various non-flammable, non-explosive ore materials with mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as metallurgy, construction materials, chemicals, ores, highway construction, hydroelectrical subjects and so on. Meanwhile, it’s an optimum equipment for processing Quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore and barite, bentonite, gangue, coal and so on. Fineness of final products should range from 0.613mm to 0.033mm.

1. Unique design. Inside the cavity of the main engine, a compression device of 1500kg—2000kg has been installed on the plum frame. Under same power, production can be 10%-30% higher, grinding power generated by grinding device increased by 800-1500kgf, the most fine powder product can be 1000 mohs.
2. Various materials are adaptable, all materials with mohs hardness below 9.3 are qualified.
3. Dust removing effect can fully match the national standard.
4. Roller device is of high-quality and high-efficient processings, multiple and multigrade seal can guarantee perfect seal effect.
5. Changing cycle of rollers and grinding ring is long, wich is able to avoid the disadvantage of short changing cycle of wearable parts of the centrifugal crusher.
6. Mill device is of multilayer and multigrade seals, which has good performance.

Whole set of the High pressure suspension mill is composed of main engine, reducer, analyser, channel device, fan, dust removing device, jaw crusher, bucket conveyer, vibration feeder, electrical controlling system and so on.

Insisde the main engine of the high pressure suspension mill, roller integration is hang on the roller hanger through Cross arm axle suspension, roller hanger, main draft and blade frame are fixed, pressure sping is on the surface of suspension arm of the roller draft room. The cross arm axle is made the supporting point forcing roller pressing on surface of the inner mill circle. While the main engine drive main draft to rotate through transmission device, blade installed on blade frame will rotate simultaneously with roller, roller will rotate surrounding itself while rotating inside the grinding ring. Motor can drive analyser to rotate through transmission, higher the impellers rotating, more fine powder will be separted. To guarantee the mill working under high pressure, increased airflow will be discharged to the bag dust removing device through fan and main engine, and discharged to the air after clearning.

Airflow of the high pressure suspension mill follows the recycling action of fan—grinding shell—cyclone separator—fan. Thus, comparing with the high speed centrifugal crusher, it generate less dust, cleaner workshop and less environmental pollution.
