- Crushing Process

1). Hopper. There will be a hopper made in your local site upper the vibrating feeder for collecting materials.
2). The material will be fed into the high-efficiency jaw crusher HJ110(Max input size 660mm) by vibrating feeder continuously and crushed to below 210mm.
3). After crushed by primary jaw crushing plant, the materials below 210mm will be transported to secondary cone crusher HPT300/C(CSS:32MM).
4). After crushing by HPT300/C, the materials will be transported to the vibrating screen YKN3072 for screening; the outputs below 0-30mm will be screened out and divided to different sizes 0-5-13-19-30mm.
5). The >30mm material will be reverted to CSB160/C (CSS: 25MM) for recrushing until all the material satisfy customer’s requirement. The complete crushing line is a closed circuit. - Customer feedback
- Kefid HPT cone crusher is amazing! Generally speaking, andesite is hard. But I need good cubic shape aggregate for good price in market. HPT cone crusher produces the satisfied shape, it exceed my expectation for Chinese product. I bought the crusher with European quality but at Chinese price. My choice is right.
