Tuff is a volcanic clastic rock. The composition of the volcanic debris material has more than 50% of the particle diameter of less than 2 mm. Its composition is mainly volcanic ash and the appearance is loose rough or dense. It has many colors, purple, gray, gray and green,etc. According to its contained volcanic debris components, it can be divided into: crystal tuff, glass tuff, cuttings tuff.

 

Tuff is a commonly used building materials. The hardness of tuff is relatively high. The main crusher usually use "jaw crusher + hydraulic cone crusher + 5X sand making machine" configuration. Jaw crusher can crush large pieces of tuffs which is blasting down from the mountains to medium size. Kefid series of jaw crusher are PE jaw crusher, JC European type jaw crusher and C6X new jaw crusher, you can choose to meet the different feed size and production scale requirements.

 

The hydraulic cone crusher is used for the secondary crushing. There are HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. They are the effective weapon for tuff, granite, basalt and other high hardness rock crushing.

 

Usually, in the processing of sand and gravel, stone and sand production will be carried out at the same time, which requires the preparation of sand making machine after the crusher. VSI5X series of sand making machine set a number of patents and three crushing mode in one which can efficiently complete the stone shaping and sand production operations.
