Kefid VU-300 tower-type aggregate optimization system was unveiled at Bauma China 2018

At Bauma China 2018,Kefid's self-developed VU-300 tower-type aggregate optimization system held a new product launch.

 

The VU series aggregate optimization system adopts highly intensive tower-type fully enclosed arrangement, integrating sand making, grain optimization, stone powder control, grading adjustment, moisture content control and environmental protection, which not only significantly improves production efficiency, but also achieves the improvement of various indexes such as sand type, gradation and powder content.It makes the mechanism sand performance comparable to natural sand.

 

VU tower-type aggregate optimization system is suitable for sand production of soft and hard stone, such as limestone, granite, basalt, pebbles, river pebbles, bluestone and other materials, as well as melon seeds, stone powder, stone chips or mine tailings. The material is very extensive and reduces the cost of sand making. 

 

According to the technical engineer of Kefid R&D Center, the VU aggregate optimization system is composed of VU sand making machine, VU mold control screen, VU grain machine, humidifier agitator, dust collection powder module and central control system. The raw materials are sent into VU by elevator, and after being crushed, they enter the mold-controlled screen. After sorting, according to the screening results, the oversized material is returned to the VU for re-processing, and the undersize material is discharged into the VU grain machine for material re-processing. At the same time, the entire mold-controlled sieve controls the amount of powder contained in the material through the wind selection of the dust collector, and finally the material discharged from the VU grain machine is uniformly mixed by the humidifying mixer. 

 

After being treated by the VU aggregate optimization system, it can produce high-valued stone powder with reasonable gradation, rounded grain shape and controllable powder content and high value-added stone powder which is dry and clean and can be recycled.
