The factors caused poor quality finished product of cone crusher

Cone crusher is the secondary crusher in stone production line, its final products can be directly used as raw materials without further processing.However, due to some factors in the work, the final product's quality is poor.It need to be fine crushed which greatly improving the production costs.The following are reasons:

                                                                                                                   

 

1.moving cone and fixed cone damage: If moving and fixed cone are seriously damaged, the material is not fully crushed. The product size is too large and can not be discharged from the crushing chamber will cause crushing cavity blockage.

 

2.the material does not meet the requirements of equipment: the equipment has requirements on the material,that is,the material's hardness and size does not exceed the maximum limit of the equipment. If the material once exceeded, cone crusher can not complete finish crushing work, resulting in poor product quality.

 

3.too large discharging port: some users adjust large discharging port in order to improve the capacity of the machine, even beyond the maximum limit of the machine. So that the material has poor quality.

 

4.instability voltage: if the voltage is instability,it can not drive the equipment crushing work, so that the finished material size is ununiform.

 

5.unreasonable crushing chamber structure: If the crushing chamber cavity and cavity depth are not up to the requirements, due to space is too small,the material can not be fully crushed, the quality maybe poor.
