There are many kinds of mills: MTW European type grinding mill, coarse powder grinding mill, over pressure trapezium mill, LM vertical mill, HGM medium speed grinding mill, raymond mill, T130X ultra-fine mill.They can meet the production requirements of coarse powder (0-80 mesh), fine powder (80-400 mesh), ultrafine powder (400-1250 mesh), micro-powder (1250-2500 mesh).
Industrial powder process is as follows: large pieces of material crushed by the crusher into about 10mm size, then sent by bucket elevator to the storage hopper, through the feeder evenly into the mill for grinding, the grinded powder will be blown into the separator for classification. The qualified non-metallic mineral powder from the pipeline to the storage silo; unqualified particles will be sent back to the mill for re-grinding. The entire system is in the negative pressure state of operation, dust does not overflow, thus protecting the surrounding environment. If the filter by the pulse filter, environmental protection effect will be better.
