China is rich in ore reserves, manganese ore is one of the abundant minerals. Among them, the steel industry is an important area, accounting for 90% -95% of the total amount of manganese, mainly used as deoxidizer and desulfurizer in iron-making and steel-making processes, as well as in the manufacturing of alloys. The vast majority of China's manganese ore are lean, it must be have beneficiation treatment.
The commonly used manganese ore processing methods are mechanical election (including washing, screening, re-election, strong magnetic separation and flotation), fire enrichment, chemical beneficiation and so on. The re-election is only used to select simple structure, coarse grain embedded manganese ores, especially for the more dense manganese oxide ore.
