The equipment selection for granite crushing production

Granite is a high-hardness rock that is difficult to break and has a large wear on the crusher.

We usually choose jaw crusher for primary crushing and the granite can be crushed to 10-30cm.

There are different choices for the secondary crusher. For hard rock such as granite, cone crusher is more suitable. There are spring cone crusher and hydraulic cone crusher. According to different cavity types, we can choose short head type and standard type cone crusher, single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. In this way, although the initial investment is higher, the operating cost will be much lower in the later stage, avoiding the normal operation of the production due to frequent replacement of parts and maintenance.

The cone crusher can directly crush stone into 5-10/10-15/15-20/20-31.5 and other different specifications.

If you want to produce mechanism sand at the same time, you can add sand making machine after the cone crusher to produce 0-5mm of mechanism sand.

The middle is supplemented with vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyors, sand washing machine and other ancillary equipment.
