The precautions for turning on and off the superfine mill

Before starting the ultra-fine mill, check whether all maintenance doors are closed tightly, check whether the gap between the screed plate of the crusher meets the size of the feed grain size, and adjust the speed of the analyzer to approximate the size of the finished product. Then turn on in order.

1.Start the bucket elevator;

2.Start jaw crusher;

3.After the material is stored in the silo, start the analysis machine;

4.Start the blower (start at no load, load after normal operation);

5.Start the mainframe of the superfine mill, and immediately after starting the mainframe, start the electromagnetic vibration feeder.

At this time, the grinding work of the ultrafine mill is started. The operation sequence of the superfine mill is simple as follows: Start-up: hoist → crusher → analysis machine → fan → host → feeder. When the superfine mill is stopped, the machines should be shut down in the following order:

1.First close the feeder to stop feeding;

2.Stop the host after about one minute;

3.Stop the blower after blowing the remaining powder;

4.Turn off the analyzer afterwards.

The shutdown sequence of the ultra-fine mill is: feeder → host → blower → analysis machine. Note: After the hoist conveys a certain amount of material to the silo, stop the crusher first and then stop lifting. This item should be changed by the current storage amount.

Superfine mill is not allowed to refuel at random during normal operation. To ensure reliable production, abnormal noise occurs in any part of the mill, or the load suddenly increases, the machine should be shut down and inspected immediately to eliminate failures to avoid major accidents. Then continue to take out the remaining material in the mill when starting up, otherwise the current is too large when starting up, which affects the startup.
