Iron ore dressing refers to the process of separating and enriching iron minerals from iron ore, and the ore dressing product is iron concentrate. The iron ore beneficiation process: iron ore is sent to jaw crusher for even crushing by vibration feeder, and then it will be screened out by the vibration screen. Then materials will go into HPT hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing, and those whose sizes are more than 40 mm will be returned to the cone crusher for reprocessing. Qualified material will be sent to sand making machine by belt conveyor for shaping. Finally, the final product is obtained.
