1. The primary crushing:

 

Metal ores are generally blocks with high hardness,we usually choose jaw crusher as first-stage crushing equipment. Jaw crusher has many advantages such as simple structure, large crushing ratio, high crushing capacity, easy maintenance, low operating cost.It is ideal for metal ores primary crushing and can crush chunk of ore to medium-grained.Its capacity is 60-1000t/h.The customers can choose according to actual production needs.

 

2. The medium crushing:

 

For higher hardness minerals such as metal ores, we usually use applicable crusher to hard rock-cone crusher as the medium crushing equipment, which can further crushing iron ore after crushing, to achieve "more crushing and less grinding" and reduce the iron ore beneficiation energy consumption.

 

Generally, metal ores in medium crushing will be divided into two stages, one stage is medium crushing, you can choose standard cone crusher which has large inlet, the discharging material is 20mm or more; in the fine crushing process, you can choose short head type cone crusher can be well controlled fineness, resorted to reach 13mm or less, the minimum can reach 6mm. 3. The grinding:

 

Metal ore grinding usually use ball mill. Before powder finishing, we can also re-design a crushing stage, use impact crusher (sand making machine) for the preceding grinding process, for ore crushing, shaping, it can produce large amounts of ore fines and reduce the cost of iron ore grinding load, reduce production costs. Finally, we use ball mill to grind, by grinding, magnetic separation and other stages to sort ore powder.
