Vibrating feeder is a supporting equipment of stone production line.It can transport massive, granular material from the silo into the crusher uniformly and coarse screening for material.
F5X heavy-duty vibrating feeder is a new type of efficient vibrating feeder which independently developed by Kefid and absorb foreign advanced design concept.In the production line,it can supply uniform,continuous feeding to crusher, and coarse screening of materials.So it is widely used in metallurgy, coal, mining, building materials, chemicals, abrasives and other industries crushing, screening equipment.
The advantages of F5X heavy-duty vibrating feeder are as follows:
1. F5X vibration feeder adopts advanced design concepts and manufacturing process, it has a higher vibration intensity. In the same specifications, the processing capacity is 1.5 times of the traditional feeder.
2. The energy efficient Y3 series motor can be equipped with frequency controller to achieve precise adjustment. The spring bearing with pin structure to facilitate the site according to the working conditions to adjust the tilt angle to the box, can be adjusted 0-15°to meet the needs of different materials.
3. Unique motor base structure adopts rubber spring parallel tension structure to avoid the vibration to the motor, effectively extending the life of the motor and belt to eliminate vibration and noise.
4. Large ladder anti-blocking grid section, improve the screening probability. The grid section is made of ZGMn13-4, the bearing capacity is stronger and the life is longer. The grid section adopts staggered arrangement, which can effectively increase the contact opportunity between the material and the grate.
5. F5X vibrating feeder is equipped with EV exciter, EV1~ EV5 five kinds of specifications exciter by adjusting the number of counterweight to meet the different exciting force requirements of different specifications of the vibrating feeder.
