Kefid boutique case: Zimbabwe stone production line

The project is a Chinese-funded aid project and was put into operation in December 2017. Zimbabwe, which has experienced severe hyperinflation, has abundant natural resources, but it needs foreign aid for infrastructure construction and changes the local barren living environment.

Equipment configuration:
PE jaw crusher: optimized deep cavity crushing and has large crushing capacity;
PF impact crusher: high production efficiency,complete crushing function;
GZD vibrating feeder: adaptable to dusty and watery environment;
YZS round vibrating screen: the cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and the partial block adjust the amplitude.
Site situation:
The material is uniformly fed to the PE600×900 jaw crusher by GZD960×3800 vibrating feeder for coarse crushing into stone with a particle size of less than 120mm, and then sent to the PF1214 by belt conveyor to crush it into stone with a particle size of less than 60mm. Among them, the material larger than 40mm is returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing, and the material less than 40mm is sent to the 3YZS1860 vibrating screen for sieve high-quality aggregate of 0-5mm, 5-20mm and 20-40mm.
