One of Kefid's customer consulted the investment plan of 5 million tons of green building materials project. The ground fixed coarse crushing process was used. There were 4 kinds of building stone products, including the particle size of 31.5-20mm, 20-10mm, 10-4.75mm, -0.075mm of construction gravel and four types of mechanism sand less than 4.75mm. The stone powder less than 0.15 mm is also used as an accessory product for concrete and non-burned brick products.

In the project of annual output of 5 million tons of green building materials, the equipment can be used to produce 300-350 tons of sand production line. The stone is blasted from the mountain, and the stone less than 750mm is sent to the vibrating feeder through the dump truck. The stone material is evenly fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then stone material is crushed by the European type impact crusher for secondary crushing. The material of more than 40mm is returned to the impact crusher through the circular vibrating screen. the stone below 40mm is sent to the sand making machine and finally classified.

Sand production line with annual output of 5 million tons is a relatively common stone production line. Every customer has different production sites and stone materials, and the prices will be different.
