The use of pulverized coal

Coal is a powder like talc powder after grinding. It is usually used as a binder to the mix sand and bentonite and as high-grade heat-resistant surface for use in metal casting model. Other uses such as:
(1) the bismuth oxide reduction.
(2) a part of the desulfurization effect:
(3) to maintain the reducing atmosphere of the furnace, to prevent the liquid bismuth oxide, to prevent oxidation corrosion especially within the furnace roof refractories.
(4) Prevention of tellurium oxide into the slag leaving the tellurium enrichment among crude bismuth.
The added amount of pulverized coal must be appropriate because too much or too little amount all will bring adverse consequences. When pulverized coal excess, oxygen affinity than bismuth, thelarge metal impurities also be restored into the crude bismuth which will lower crude bismuth's grade. At the same time, due to the high melting point (3700 ° C) of carbon, the carbon added in excess, will raise the melting point and viscosity of the charge and the charge is difficult to melt. When pulverized coal is low, the reduction of the bismuth oxide is not sufficient, causing a portion of bismuth oxide into the slag to improve the bismuth-containing slag, increasing the loss of bismuth and can not maintain a stable reducing atmosphere furnace
Our company produces a variety of milling equipment (European type trapezium mill, vertical mill, ultrafine grinding, etc.)which can process coal and a variety of minerals (talc, gypsum, limestone). The processing materials' fineness is up to 2500 multicast and can be applied to chemicals, plastics, paper, oil, building materials and other industries as a filler to reduce costs and improve economic efficiency.
