The equipment configuration for aggregate production line

Domestic aggregate crushing equipment commonly used two stage:coarse and fine crushing. Jaw crusher is usually used in coarse crushing, impact crusher and cone crusher are in secondary crushing and sand making machine is usually used in fine crushing. The basic process is the ore minerals, such as limestone, river gravel, basalt, calcite, granite and other raw ore which less than 1200mm are transported by dump truck into the vibrating feeder, vibrating feeder send it into the jaw crusher, jaw crusher make the first stage crushing for them.The crushed stone around 150mm-300mm from jaw crusher were transported into European type impact crusher or cone crusher for the second stage crushing. Then we use vibrating screen for screening materials, the greater finished material will be back into impact crusher for re-crushing. If you need more fine grain,you can send the stone with the size below 40mm into sand making machine and finally, by circular vibration screen' screening, the finished material was transported by belt conveyor to the finished product area.
