- Crushing Process:
- The raw materials in the hopper are evenly fed to two sets of Jaw crusher by two sets of FH Heavy vibrating feeder and then enter the transfer hopper. The small material is pre-screened by grate bars and then enters two sets of S5X Vibrating screen to screen out the original sand and stone material, and the larger stone material above 3 cm enters the transfer hopper. The materials of the transfer hopper are evenly fed by a belt conveyor to two sets of HPT Cone crusher to be broken, then enter two sets of S5X Vibrating screen after being broken, and the materials smaller than 3 cm after being screened are finished products. Materials larger than 3 cm to 5 cm enter the VSI6S Vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping, then enter two sets of S5X Vibrating screen to screen out finished products of 0 - 5 mm, 5 - 12 mm, 12 - 15 mm, and 15 - 31.5 mm. Unqualified stone materials return to the cone for breaking and crushing, and the finished product materials are finally transported to the finished product material pile after being cleaned by two sets of XSD sand washing machine.
