The processing materials of this project is granite. After the materials are crushed in three stages, the finished aggregates are used in the construction field.

Equipment configuration:
PE1200×1500 jaw crusher, HST315(S) single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, 3 sets of HPT300(C) hydraulic cone crushers, 4 sets of YZS2460 vibrating screen
Process:
After the large stone enters the silo, it is uniformly sent into the PE1200×1500 jaw crusher through the feeder for coarse crushing, and then transferred into the HST315(S) single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After screening by YZS2460 vibrating screen, materials that meet the specifications of the finished product enter the finished material pile. The material larger than 31.5mm enters into three HPT300 (C) hydraulic cone crushers for fine crushing and then enters the YZS2460 vibrating screen to divide into the finished material with the particle size of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm, which does not meet the specifications will return to the cone crusher for crushing again.
