150-200 tons per hour limestone production line process is: the limestone material is blasted from the mountain, and the stone material smaller than 630mm is sent to the vibrating feeder through the dump truck. The vibrating feeder sends the stone material evenly to the jaw crusher. The crusher crushes the stone in the first stage, and the stone from the jaw crusher is about 80mm-160mm. The material is sent to the European version impact crusher through the vibrating feeder for the second stage of crushing, and the material is classified by the circular vibrating screen for screening, the material larger than the finished product is returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing, and the finished product is conveyed to the finished product area by the belt conveyor.

Note: When the feed size is 40-300 mm, the material directly enters the European version impact crusher, without the first stage of jaw crusher.
