Process flow of iron ore beneficiation production line: iron ore is firstly evenly fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, and then passed through the vibrating screen, and the material is sent to HPC hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The material is sent to the vibrating feeder. The material with a degree greater than 40 mm is sent back to the cone crusher for crushing. The material under 40 mm is transported from the belt conveyor to the sand making machine for reshaping to obtain products.
