The cone crusher belongs to the secondary crusher. It is generally used after the jaw crusher. It is mainly used for the two-stage crushing and three-stage crushing in the metal mine and construction sandstone processing. Because of its strong crushing capacity and large output, it is more used for the crushing of hard and medium hard materials such as gold ore, iron ore, copper ore, quartz, granite, basalt, diabase,etc.
At present, the cone crusher mainly has a series of spring cone crusher and hydraulic cone crusher. For the products of Kefid, there are the following series of cone crusher products.
CS cone crusher: A spring cone crusher that combines high swing frequency, optimized cavity shape and reasonable stroke. It has significant advantages such as large output and stable performance.
HPT cone crusher: It is a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. It is equipped with German technology and is specially designed to meet customers' requirements for high output, product fineness and economic operation.
HST cone crusher: It is a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. It integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, intelligent control and other technologies. It has the advantages of high crushing efficiency, low production cost, convenient maintenance and adjustment, and excellent particle size of crushed products.
According to the classification of the crushing cavity type, the cone crusher can be further divided into standard type and short head type, and the type of the crushing chamber depends on the feeding amount and the discharging size of the crushed product. The standard type is suitable for medium crushing; the medium type is suitable for fine crushing; the short head type is suitable for super fine crushing.
