The powder separator spreads the material around by the rotation of the shaft. The degree of dispersion of materials is closely related to the separation effect of coarse and fine materials, and the rotation speed of the material spreader directly affects the degree of dispersion of materials. When the rotation speed is too high and the material throwing speed is too high, it will increase the chance of fine materials colliding with the inner wall and reduce the efficiency of powder selection. Conversely, when the rotating speed of the material spreading plate is too low, the coarse and fine materials are not easy to separate together, and the degree of dispersion of the materials is poor, which will also reduce the efficiency of powder selection.
